ITALY RETREAT 2026

TUITION TERMS:

A $500 deposit guarantees a place in our Italy Retreat. This fee is non-refundable. The balance due for the full tuition is June 15, 2026.

A $100 late charge will apply to past-due payments.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Cancellations received in writing or by email and postmarked on or 30 days before the retreat will receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee, plus the $500 non-refundable deposit. $600 total fee.

Cancellations made after that date (June 15, 2026) will result in forfeiture of the entire payment. No refunds can be given for cancellations received after 15 days before the first day of the retreat.

However, if the cancellation is due to an emergency*, we typically will give you a year to apply the amount you have paid (less a $200 administrative fee) toward the Italy Retreat in 2027 or other retreats we are hosting. Pricing may vary.  We do our best to ensure that you have an opportunity to use your credit.

VILLA DUCCI TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION & MEALS

Upon registering, 10% of the booking fee will be charged to your credit card to guarantee your room. This 10% is non-refundable after June 1st. On June 29th, your credit card will be charged the remaining balance for the room and meals.

Prices include:

  • 5 Night Accommodation
  • 5 Breakfasts, 5 Lunches (Tuesday, July 2 to Saturday, July 4th),
  • Opening Dinner on Monday, June 29th
  • Closing Dinner on Friday, July 3rd.
  • Exclusive use of Villa Ducci property, free parking, wifi, swimming pool

Price excludes:

  • Drinks brought throughout the day, juices, sodas, wine, etc
  • Extra meals or treats purchased
  • The three dinners that are on your own.
  • Pool towels and other amenities that Villa Ducci charges for.

*Exceptions will be made in case of emergency; this will be up to the owner of Villa Ducci and the Retreat Director.

*Cancellations to our Retreats come under the framework of death in the family, car accidents, and other major catastrophic personal problems. Having COVID and other medical problems does not fall in that category.

 

Malibu Terms & Conditions for  2025/2026

To reserve your space for any of our Retreats, a $500 deposit is required to guarantee a place in the course. This deposit is non-refundable but may be used for other events we do in the future. If not paid in full on or before the first day of the retreat, a $100 late charge will be applied to past-due payments. Full payment is due by December. 11th

Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available.

SERRA RETREAT TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION & MEALS

Upon registering, please get in touch with Jenny at the Serra Retreat Center and put down a $100 booking fee on your credit card to guarantee your room. This is non-refundable after Dec. 15th. On Dec. 15th, the remaining balance for the room and meals is due for your room rate

  • 5 Night Accommodation
  • 5 Breakfasts, 5 Lunches, 5 Dinners
  • Free parking and wifi
